Getting Started

We sailed back into Madagascar last Sunday and within the first 3 days embarked over 100 new crew who had arrived a few days before the ship. The energy and excitement on the ship is high. As soon as we arrived the hospital crew went to work un-securing, cleaning and setting up the hospital. The first surgeries of Madagascar II start this week.

The hospital crew is ready to go!

I can't wait to see what God does in Madagascar this year. Many lives are going to be eternally impacted for the kingdom.

Here is a peek into the Mercy Ships Academy the last few weeks.

Science Time: We made a sailboat to learn about wind.

Kindergarten and Grade 1 have art every Wednesday in the dinning room.

Maya is a treasure! I am so thankful to be her teacher this year. She has already taught me so much. I love her heart for people, kindness, patience and desire to learn.

Thanks so much to each of you who make it possible for me to be here and volunteer with Mercy Ships.
