In Grade 1 onboard the Africa Mercy, we have been reading Eric Carle books as we sail on towards South Africa. One of the books we read this week is called Pancakes, Pancakes! We decided to make our own Chocolate Chip Pancakes in the crew galley yesterday. They turned out to be "delicious" as stated by Charlotte. I love my job!
